Paul has been focused on improving industry performance and solving the technician shortage issue in the industry for over a decade through focused instructional design and training programs designed to find and transition people into the automotive industry.  Formerly Paul held positions as Technical Training Consultant for Nationwide Insurance, Director of Transportation Services and Creator of the CollisionU program at Fayetteville Technical Community College, and Learning Officer for ProCare Collision.  Paul has also created training and education programs for Ford Motor Company, National General Insurance, PPG, and others.
Paul Currently lives in Buford, GA. with his wife Fran and children Elijah and Rebecca. In his spare time Paul enjoys building custom motorcycles, building guitars, and a good cigar.

He began his training career in 1988 and has presented training and consulting to automotive OEM’s, NADA Dealer 20 Groups, NADA Management Seminars, NADA Convention Speaker, Certified Collision Repair Centers, associations and individual dealerships. As Director of Training for leading private and publicly owned Dealership Groups, he has delivered customized sales and management training programs to increase profits as much as $54K in 5-weeks. One client selling 435 used vehicles a month switched to using Paul Webb Training LLC and increased to a store record of 719 used vehicles in one month. Testing his techniques, Mr. Webb sold 77-vehicles in October 2006 – a 1-month personal best.

Mr. Jones has inspired millions to Create a Better Version of Themselves™ by using his gifts and expertise to develop programs where he helps people realize their untapped potential. He is a well versed author who has published countless white papers, hundreds of articles and six books. He is an accomplished TV host and had his own NBC segments for nearly 10 years and was also a talented radio personality on Clear Channel Radio for over 10 years. Mike began his career when he served four years active duty and 2 years reserve duty in the US Coast Guard. Mike completed the Continental Airlines Pilot Development Program, where he earned his commercial, multi-engine and instrument ratings. Mr. Jones then made the move to make his dream of flying helicopters for the Houston Police Department a reality where, during his career, he earned recognition as Houston Police Officer of the Year on four separate occasions. Jason Verlen

 
Arrows-for-web-tab-(3).PNG   Jason Verlen is Senior Vice President of Product Management for CCC Information Services Inc.  He has extensive experience in the software industry with specific expertise in product management, big data, and analytics.  Before joining CCC in May 2015 Jason spent five years at IBM where he was VP of Big Data Analytics.  Prior to IBM, he was VP of Product Management for SPSS, a predictive analytics software company.  Jason earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago  
   

Sean Carey

A mechanical engineer by trade he embarked on his sales and marketing career with the UK’s largest parts distribution company during which time he earn a degree in marketing from the Charted Institute of Marketing. In 1991 Sean joined Nissan at its London headquarters, where he created, launched and managed Nissan’s Certified Collision Repair Program.
 
In 1995 Sean moved to the USA where he established Carter & Carter International and managed its development and growth into a leading automotive consulting firm.  In 2004 Sean joined the Fix Auto organization where he was jointly responsibly for the spinoff of CynCast an automotive claims and collision repair IT Company. 
 
In 2009 Sean established SCG Management Consulting LLC.  Since establishing SCG Sean has consulted at the highest level with all sectors of the automotive claims industry and has a keen understanding of the needs of insurers, repairers, OEMs, technology providers and a wide range of industry supply chain vendors.  Sean is respected in the industry as a strategic visionary and a leader in growing businesses and markets from concept to implementation.  In the past 5 years Sean has become a regular speaker at industry conferences on the subject of telematics and the potential impact this will have on the claims and collision market.

Sean lives in Chicago with his wife and four children.
